凹土胶体粒子改性蓖麻蚕丝的结构与抗菌性能研究

摘要

采用凹土胶体对蓖麻蚕丝进行浸轧整理,对经凹土整理后蓖麻蚕丝进行结构与抗菌性能测试与分析.结果表明:凹土颗粒为棒状结构,粒径在100 nm左右,在蓖麻蚕丝表面分布比较均匀;当凹土质量分数为10%时,对金黄色葡萄菌抑菌率为88.9%,大肠杆菌的抑菌率为84.3%,达到抗菌要求,洗涤20次后,凹土整理蓖麻蚕丝对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的耐洗性为71.4%和68.5%,保持一定的抗菌性能.%In order to enhance the additional properties of castor silk, it was finished by attapulgite colloid nanoparticles.The structure and antibacterial property of the castor silk were tested and analyzed respectively before and after it was finished by attapulgite colloid nanoparticles.The results indicate the attapulgite particles are rod-shaped with the size of about 100nm, and evenly distributed on the surface of cassilk silk.When the mass fraction of attapulgite is 10%, the finished silk has good antibacterial property, and the inhibition rate for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 88.9% and 84.3% respectively.The anti-microbial requirement is met.After washing 20 times, the washability of the finished cassilk silk reaches 71.4% and 68.5% respectively for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
