PLA纺粘非织造材料的制备和表征

         

摘要

The thermal properties of PLA pellets were studied and PLA spunbonded material was prepared successfully. The influences of drawing on the mechanical properties and filtration efficiency of the sample were analyzed to provide a reference for experimental preparation and industrial production. The melting point of the pellets was determined by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) ; and the initial decomposing temperature and maximum decomposing temperature were indicated by thermal gravimetry (TG) . The test results of material properties showed that the area density of PLA sponbunded material was relatively uniform. With the increasing of drawing, the fiber fineness was increased, and both the breaking strength and bursting strength were also increased, while the breaking elongation was a little decreased. And the mean pore and porosity of the material were decreased, so the filter efficiency was improved.%主要研究了聚乳酸(PLA)切片的热学性能,同时成功制备了PLA纺粘非织造材料,并分析了牵伸工艺对样品力学性能和过滤效率的影响,为实验制备和工业生产提供参考依据.通过差示扫描量热分析确定了切片的熔点,热重分析确定了切片的起始分解温度和最大分解温度.材料性能测试结果表明:PLA纺粘非织造材料面密度较为均匀;随着牵伸的增大,材料中纤维细度增加,材料的断裂强力和顶破强力也逐渐增加,而断裂伸长略有下降;材料的平均孔径和孔隙率逐渐减小,过滤效率提高.
