双己基二甲基溴化铵对活性染料在蚕丝上的促染

         

摘要

研究了双己基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)作促染剂时,对3种活性染料在蚕丝上上染的促染作用效果和促染动力学.结果表明:DDAB对活性染料在蚕丝上的上染具有高效的促染作用;活性红B-3 BF、活性黄B-4RFN、活性深蓝B-2GLN染料的平衡上染率分别达到98.7%、98.4%和97.3%;DDAB质量浓度分别为2.24、2.72、3.60 g/L时,3种活性染料的上染率就已基本达到最高,同色率分别为98.2%、97.4%和96.3%;3种活性染料上染蚕丝的吸附动力学数据均符合准二级速率方程;活性红B-3BF、活性黄B-4RFN、活性深蓝B-2GLN的表观活化能分别为18.23、14.83、15.75 kJ/mol.%This paper studied the promotion effect and kinetics of dihexyl dimethyl ammonium bromide (DDAB) to the dyeing of silk with three reactive dyes. The results showed that DDAB had effective promotion effect on reactive dyeing of silk. The balanced dye uptake of Reactive Red B-3BF, Reactive Yellow B4RFN and Reactive Dark Blue B-2GLN was 98.7%, 98.4% and 97.3%, respectively, basically reaching the maximum when the concentration of DDAB was 2.24 g/L, 2.72 g/L and 3.60 g/L accordingly. And fixation rate reached 98.2%, 97.4% and 96.3%, respectively. The kinetics of the three reactive dyes on silk with DDAB as promoter was found to fit the pseudo second-order adsorption kinetics equation well. Meanwhile the apparent activation energy of Reactive Red B-3BF, Reactive Yellow B4RFN and Reactive Dark Blue B-2GLN on silk with DDAB as promoter was 18. 23, 14.83 and 15.75 kJ/mol, respectively.
