织物基频率选择表面材料的制备及应用

     

摘要

By analyzing the research status of traditional frequency selective surface, the necessity of research on novel fabric based frequency selective surface was illustrated. Conductive adhesive coating printing experiment was conducted to make fabric based circular-ring-shaped frequency selective surface samples and the transmission coefficients were tested using Shielding Room Method within the range of 18-26. 5 GHz. The influence rules of internal radius and conductivity as well as coating thickness of metal layer on the transmission characteristics were compared and analyzed, and relevant experiment results confirmed the feasibility and validity to study fabric based frequency selective surface. Also, by comparing measured and simulated results, it could be found that conventional design methods applied to fabric based frequency selective surface to some extent. Based on the frequency response characteristics and the basic properties of textiles, such as lightweight, softness and low-rigidity features, the application prospects of fabric based frequency selective surface in wave-absorbing material, fabric antenna and communication window aspects were explored.%通过分析传统频率选择表面的研究现状,阐述了研究新型织物基频率选择表面材料的必要性.采用导电胶涂层印花的方法制备了圆环形织物基频率选择表面样品,在18~26.5 GHz频段采用屏蔽室法测定其透射系数,对比分析了圆环内径、金属层导电性、涂层厚度对电磁波透射的影响规律.相关实验结果证实研究织物基频率选择表面材料的可行性与有效性.将实测与仿真结果作对比发现,传统的设计手段在一定程度上也适用于织物基频率选择表面材料.基于频响特性及纺织材料质轻、柔软、低刚度的特性,探讨了织物基频率选择表面材料在吸波材料、电子织物天线、通信窗等领域的应用前景.
