聚(3-羟基丁酸-co-3-羟基戊酸共聚酯)/聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐的相容性

         

摘要

In order to provide theoretical basis for the preparation of melt-blown nonwoven materials,poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) and polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH) blends with different ratios (100∶ 0,75 ∶ 25,50 ∶ 50,25 ∶ 75 and 0 ∶ 100) were prepared by melting mixing.The blend systems were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicate that PHBV and PP-g-MAH are almost immiscible on account of a separation of the glass transition temperature.No diffraction peak appears at 2θ =22.8°,that is to say,PP-g-MAH changes the PHBV's crystallization of the molecular chain arrangement.The chemical bonds between them generate ester group because of the emergence of a new absorption peak in 1 710 cm-1,and PHBV/PP-g-MAH blends represent different morphologies of sea-island with the change of compositions.%为给熔喷非织造材料的制备提供理论参考,采用熔融共混的方法分别制备了质量比为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75、0∶100的熔喷用聚(3-羟基丁酸-co-3-羟基戊酸共聚酯)/聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PHBV/PP-g-MAH)共混材料.利用差示量热扫描仪、X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪分别对PHBV/PP-g-MAH共混体系的相容性进行了研究,并用扫描电镜观察了共混体系的相分布形态.结果表明:共混体系出现了分离的玻璃化温度,表明2种组分总体不相容;在衍射角22.8°处没有出现PHBV的衍射峰,说明PP-g-MAH改变了PHBV结晶区的分子链排列;在1 710 cm-1处共混体系出现新的吸收峰,即二者之间的化学键生成了酯基;当共混比例不同时,共混体系呈现不同的“海-岛”相分布形态.
