Aim To study the preprocessing of corrosive pipeline ra diographs. Methods Comparing the characteristic of flat-steel- plate images, standard pipeline images and actual pipeline images. Result s It is shown that the center of halation is not aimed at the center of X-ray-to-light converting screen, and there is intrinsic defect in the scree n. Conclusion The exact quantification of corrosive will be influ enced by the intrinsic defect in the screen and the position of the center of ha lation.%目的 研究 X 射线管道锈蚀图像的预处理. 方法 比较了均匀钢板图像、 标准管道图像与实际管道图像的特征. 结果 所用成像系统的渐晕中心与转换屏中心不对正, 且转换屏存在 固有缺陷. 结论 屏上的固有缺陷、 渐晕中心与转换屏的相对位置等 都会影响锈蚀的准确量化.
