某型机载雷达自动测试系统的设计与实现

摘要

ATS (Automatic Test System)is designed to solve the test of airborne radar.It focuses on introducing the design of hardware platform and interface adapter in the ATS.It is proved that the sys-tem is stable and reliable to resolve complex task state control in the ATS and the RF signal testing. And it also provides a beneficialreference for the design of other similar ATS.%重点对某型机载雷达自动测试系统中软件平台和接口适配器的设计进行了介绍，实践证明该系统工作稳定可靠，解决了雷达测试中复杂工作状态控制、射频信号测试等难题，也为其他类似自动测试系统的设计提供了有益参考。
