为精确评价微平板热管的导热性能,搭建了微平板热管的热性能测试系统,该系统按功能主要分加热/冷却、信号测量、视觉采集和数据处理与记录等.为减少输入热量散失,整个测试系统在真空环境中进行,保证了热量能有效通过微平板热管输出.系统中测量了微平板热管的输入热流以及蒸发段、绝热段、冷凝段3部分的温度,通过计算得到热阻和当量导热系数两个热性参数.输入功率为2 W 时,对灌注工质和未灌注工质的微平板热管进行测试,结果显示:灌注工质的热管与未灌注工质的热管对比,导热系数大约提高3倍,热阻降低3.5倍.本文建立的测试系统可用于微平板热管的导热性测试及评价.%For accurately evaluating the thermal performance of micro flat heat pipe (MFHP),a ther-mal performance test system was constructed,which consists of heating/cooling systems,the test sec-tion,signal measurement module,visual system and the data processing and logging section.The test experiment was achieved in the vacuum environment to guarantee that the input heat can mostly be transferred by MPHP.Input heat flux and temperature at different positions of MFHP were measured, and then two thermal parameters of thermal resistance and effective thermal conductivity could be ob-tained.The thermal performances of both MFHPs with working fluid and without working fluid were investigated in the test experiment.The results show that the thermal conductivity of MFHP with working fluid is three times as much as that of MFHP without working fluid when input power is 2W, while the thermal resistance is 3.5 times lower.Therefore,the thermal performance test experiment system in this paper can be used to evaluate the MFHP effectively.
