CMMI过程改进实施策略研究--基于实践者的视角

         

摘要

我国软件企业实施过程改进已经超过十年,然而其能力却并未呈现相应提高的态势。鉴于这样的情况,有必要对影响我国软件企业实施过程改进的因素进入深入透彻的研究,寻求提升我国软件企业能力的路径和方法。本文通过调查研究的方法,从过程改进实践者的角度识别并分析了影响软件企业过程改进的重要因素。研究结果表明,为了更好地实施过程改进,我国软件企业应该在组织的层面确定过程改进的方向和目标,高层管理者应该给予过程改进持续的支持和承诺,并结合企业的实际情况对CMMI模型进行裁剪;在项目层面企业需要切实提高组织的项目管理能力,确保投入足够的资源和人员,并善用工具提高过程改进的效率;政策部门也应该制定并实施可行的措施,才能够既鼓励企业过程改进的热情,又真正达成提升企业过程能力的目的。%Software enterprises of China have implemented process improvement for more than 10 years but the ability of the softw-are enterprises has not been improved correspondingly. It is necessary to have an in-depth research on influence factors of process improvement factors in order to seek the path and method to upgrade the ability of software enterprises. This study identifies and analyzes the influence factors of software enterprise process improvement from the perspective of process improvement practitioners by the survey method. The results of the study show that software enterprises should establish the goal of process improvement in the organization level in order to get better results. Senior managers should give continuing support and commitment to process improvement and tailor the CMMI model to adapt to enterprise's actual situation. In project level software enterprises need to improve project management ability, ensure to put enough resources and personnel to implement, and make the best use of the project management tools to improve the efficiency of the process improvement. Government departments should make and implement proper policies to enhance enterprises' enthusiasm to implement process improvement so as to really upguade software enterprises' process capability.
