创新是一个国家进步的灵魂,也是企业生存和发展的必备因素。本研究通过对新经济时代下的企业创新管理研究,通过分析企业创新的管理工具,包括卡诺模型、微笑曲线以及质量功能展开,探索创新型管理模式。同时,以苹果公司为个案,梳理其历史演进,总结各阶段的发展特点,并对其产品包括mac、 iphone、 ipad、 ipod以及其苹果零售店、 App store等的分析,剖析其管理创新的独到之处,包括其产品创新、技术创新和销售渠道创新。借鉴苹果公司的创新管理模式,以数字生活中枢为中心,把握住高利润的设计以及销售产品流程两端的模式,对我国制造企业成功转型,创立核心竞争价值、建设创新型学习组织有着一定的启示作用。%Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and essential for enterprise's survival and development. This paper seeks to study the innovation management of an enterprise in the new economic era and explore innovative management model based on the analysis of innovation management tools, including Kano model, Smile curve and quality function deployment. In this paper, we take Apple Inc. as an example to profiling its uniqueness in product innovation, technological innovation, and channel innovation through combing its historical evolution, summarizing its characteristics of development stages and analyzing its products such as mac, iphone, ipad, ipod as well as Apple retail stores, App store, etc. So we can learn from Apple's innovative management mode to focus on both ends of the process, high-profit designing and products sales, which can contribute to successful transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China. What's more, it has certain enlightenment for creating core competitive value and building an learning organization.
