质量导向下的中小物流企业联盟收益分配策略

摘要

Taking the income distribution of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance as the research object, this paper analyzes the differences between the choice of income distribution mode and income structure of member companies on the basis of the concept and type of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance and the purpose and connotation of income distribution, according to three types of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance. Also the logistics task decomposition is proposed in the paper, as well as logistics service-oriented income distribution idea and income distribution model of small and medium-sized logistic enterprises alliance under mixed model was set up and the validity of the model is illustrated with examples and rationality. The basic framework of the income distribution model proposed in this paper is completed. Such incentive mode of quality-oriented income distribution is innovative to some extent and it has instructional significance for the practices of logistics enterprises alliance.%文章以中小物流企业联盟收益分配为研究对象，在阐述中小物流企业联盟的概念、类型以及收益分配的目的和内涵的基础上，针对中小物流企业联盟的三种类型，分析了收益分配模式选择和成员企业收益构成的差异，提出了物流任务分解和以成员企业物流服务质量为导向的收益分配思路，构建了混合模式下的中小物流企业联盟收益分配模型，并以收益分配相对复杂的盟主型联盟为例进行了实例分析，说明了模型的有效性、合理性和创新性。文章提出的收益分配模型基本框架比较完整，基于物流服务质量的收益分配激励方式具有一定的创新性，对现阶段我国中小物流企业联盟实践具有较强的借鉴和指导意义。
