在分析影响企业创新网络知识流动因素的基础上, 建立了基于知识流动的企业创新网络运行系统动力学(SD)模型.研究了企业知识整合吸收能力和网络关系能力对核心企业知识转移以及知识获取的影响, 并验证了不同类型的创新市场结构对知识流动效果的影响. 研究结果表明: 在其它条件不变的情况下, 转移知识量随着知识整合吸收能力的提高具有边际递增的特性; 在其它条件不变的情况下, 转移知识量随着网络关系能力参数的提高不断递增, 但呈现出边际递减的特性; 平衡型的创新市场结构(知识源方和知识接收方创新率接近) 是一种较为理想的、有利于企业隐性知识增长的市场结构. 研究结论为企业在与其它创新主体合作的过程中如何快速有效地获取知识资源并增强自身竞争优势提供了诸多启示.%Based on the analysis of the affecting factors of knowledge flow of enterprise innovation network , this paper establishes the system dynamics of enterprise innovation network operation on the basis of knowledge flow and researches the effect which enterprise knowledge integrative and absorptive capacity and network relational capability influence on the enterprise knowledge transfer and knowledge acquisition. Moreover, it examines the effect which different innovation market structure influence on knowledge flow. The conclusions are as follows: the transfer of knowledge quantity has the characteristics of marginal increments with the improvement of absorption ability of knowledge integration, all other things being constant. The quantity of knowledge transfer constantly increases with the improvement of capacity parametric of network relationship with the characteristics of marginal decrements , all other things being constant. Balance-type innovative market structure(the innovative rate of the innovation source and the receiving party is close) is a kind of more ideal market structure conducive to the growth of tacit knowledge of enterprises. The study conclusion provides a lot of inspiration that enterprise acquires knowledge resources quickly and effectively and enhances their competitive advantage in the process of cooperation with other innovation main body.
