文章基于现阶段国民收入中劳动收入份额偏低的事实, 对国民收入中劳动收入份额的适度水平进行了国内外系统梳理. 通过考察劳动报酬特别是劳动收入份额现状、 劳动收入份额偏低的影响、 劳动收入份额宏观经济效应、 劳动收入份额提升意义、 提升路径及方式. 文章研究得出以下结论: 20世纪80年代后许多国家发展事实表明劳动收入份额不断下降; 国外早期研究集中于要素收入的决定及要素分配与经济增长的关系, 近期主要集中要素收入份额演变、 估算方法及影响; 但劳动收入份额研究仍存在不足, 理论、 内容和对策研究方面有待深入剖析; 国民收入中劳动收入份额的适度水平对于转变经济发展方式、 促进社会和谐稳定、 调整和优化国民收入初次分配格局提供决策依据.%Based on the fact that labor income share of national income is lower at present , the paper summarizes the labor income share's moderate level of national income in view of domestic and abroad. Considering the labor remuneration especially the present situation, the influence, macro economic effect, improve meanings, paths and ways, the paper achieves the following conclusion. The result shows that labor income share is declining in many countries after the 1980s. Early studies focused on the determinants of factor income, the relationship between element distribution and economic growth. Recently, relevant studies focused on evolution, estima-tion method and effect of factor income share. However, there are still insufficient in labor income share, deeper analysis needs to be carried includes theory, content and countermeasure. This conclusion provides a basis for decision making of transformation economic development pattern, promoting harmonious society, adjusting and optimizing the first distribution structure of national income.
