城市群视角下的高校科技合作对策r——基于半模糊Spearman-Hamming联接强度模型

         

摘要

Adopt different countermeasures to strengthen university's scientific and technological cooperation in different regions which can fully implement cooperative development of university's scientific and technological ability in various regions. Aiming at the issues of university's scientific and technological cooperation between national-level urban agglomerations , based on data of university's scientific and technological achievements, a semi-fuzzy spearman-hamming connecting strength model is constructed by referring to co-ncepts of linear mass, which used to calculate the connecting strength of university's scientific and technological achievements between seven national-level urban agglomerations. The calculated results are analyzed and the conclusion is drawn: University's scientific and technological cooperation between different urban agglomerations can take mixed countermeasure composed of win-win cooperation and complementary structure which in order to achieve coordinative development of science and technology between universities roundly and effectively.%采用不同对策,加强不同区域之间高校的科技合作,可以全面实现各区域高校科技能力的协同发展.文章针对国家级城市群间的高校科技合作问题,以高等学校科技成果的数据为基础,参考线性质量的相关概念构造了半模糊Spearman-Hamming联接强度模型,使用该模型计算出七个国家级城市群之间的高等学校科技成果数据的联接强度,得出结论:不同城市群之间的高校科技合作可采取强强联合与结构互补两种对策组成的混合对策,从而全面有效地实现高校之间的科技协同发展.
