Integrating the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values into the ideological and political education is of great significance for realizing the target to train talents in universities, strengthening the ideological and moral construction,promoting innovation in ideological and political e-ducation work and constructing the harmonious campus. Aiming to the current problems existing in the colleges and universities,we point out that if the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values are integrated into the ideological and political education,we must obey the following principles:taking the people as the center,combining the theory with practice and linking the dominant education with recessive education. By conducting theory reform,enriching the practical teaching and strengthening the construction of campus culture and ideological and political education team,we can constantly change education contents and teaching methods to promote talents-cultivating ability.%把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入大学生思想政治教育对实现高校人才培养目标、加强思想道德建设、推进思想政治教育工作创新发展，构建和谐校园具有十分重要的意义。针对当前高校开展社会主义核心价值观教育存在的问题，指出要把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入大学生思想政治教育，必须坚持以人为本、理论与实践相结合和显性教育与隐性教育相结合的原则，通过开展理论教学改革、丰富实践环节、加强校园文化和思想政治教育队伍建设等途径不断变革教育内容和教学方式，提升育人能力。
