山东省产学研究联合培养研究生模式多样，其中以产学研究联合基地模式最为突出。参与主体对各种模式的认可度有一定差异。目前虽然取得一些成绩，但仍存在观念转变不到位、多方沟通渠道待加强、体制机制不健全、缺乏质量评估机构和标准等问题。今后，应结合高校特色和优势，建立和完善政策支撑体系、合作机制、过程管理、课程体系，并进一步提高导师实践和合作交流能力。%There are various training modes of industry-university-research cooperation in Shandong;and a-mong them,the base of joint supervision for graduates is the typical training mode. At the same time,different participants show different attitudes to these modes. Although the training modes of industry-university-research cooperation have developed well,there are still some problems such as weak sense of conceptual shift,low effi-ciency in communication,lack of quality evaluation institutions and standards. It should combine the features and advantages of universities in order to establish and improve the policy-supporting system,cooperation mecha-nism,process management,course system,and to further enhance the practical ability and cooperating ability of the supervisors as well.
