我国“三农”问题的成因及对策研究

摘要

＂三农＂问题的出现是一个国家或民族在追求工业化和实现城市化过程中所必有的一个暂时过渡性的现象。能否将农业剩余劳动力及时且有效地转出,提高城市化率,这不仅关系一个国家能否持续、健康、稳定的发展,而且还决定一个国家或民族未来的富强与贫弱。为此,就目前我国＂三农＂问题的演变、成因进行陈述和分析,在此基础上提出相应的对策与建议。%＂The three-dimensional rural issues＂ concerning Chinese agriculture,countryside and farmers is a transient problem we must face to in our country which is trying to realize industrialization and urbanization.Whether or not to transfer the surplus rural labour to city timely and effectively related the development of a country in the future.This paper will analyze the cause and development of ＂the three-dimensional rural issues＂ according to the state in China,and then put forward some corresponding solutions.
