论我国监听法律制度的完善

摘要

In investigation activities, tapping is an important technical means, and also a need to punish crimes. However, ＂technical investigative measures＂ in the 2012 revised Criminal Procedure Law provisions is too general to be applicable, even may be protective to illegal investigation. Therefore, such system is still need to been improved.%在侦查机关侦查活动中，监听是一种重要的技术侦查手段，2012年修订的刑事诉讼法中关于“技术侦查措施”的规定过于原则化，缺乏可操作性，甚至有可能会为侦查机关违法侦查提供保护，需要进一步加以完善。
