双内齿矩形迷宫流道灌水器水力特性分析

         

摘要

在目前常用的矩形迷宫流道灌水器中加入内齿,形成双内齿矩形迷宫流道灌水器;利用流体力学软件 CFD 对增加内齿前、后两种类型的灌水器进行数值模拟分析,比较了两种类型灌水器的水力性能,并且研究不同内齿高度和内齿间距对双内齿矩形迷宫流道灌水器水力性能的影响。结果表明:增加内齿后形成的双内齿矩形迷宫流道灌水器的流态指数普遍比目前常用矩形迷宫流道灌水器的流态指数小,水力性能较好。流量系数随着内齿高度的增大而减小,内齿间距对流量系数的影响不大。流态指数随着内齿高度的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势,当内齿高度分别为0.3 mm和1.1 mm 时,内齿间距对流态指数的影响不大;当内齿高度分别为0.3,0.5,0.7 mm 时,流态指数随着内齿间距的增加而增大;当内齿高度为0.7 mm,内齿间距为0.3 mm 时,流态指数达到最小。%In this paper the rectangular labyrinth channel was adding internal teeth to form a double gear rectangular labyrinth.The influence of tooth height and tooth spacing on flow field in the emitter was simulated by using CFD software.The results indicate with introduction of inter-nal teeth to form double gear rectangular labyrinth,flow index is generally lower and hydraulic properties are betten;The flow coefficient decreases with the increase of height of inner teeth,in-creases with the increase in tooth spacing,but when the inner tooth height is too large or too small,the change trend is not obvious;The flow pattern first decreases and then increase with the increase of the internal gear height.When the inner tooth height is 0.7 mm,flow index increases with the increase of internal tooth spacing.For other internal tooth height,flow index changes with the internal tooth spacing not obviously;When the inner tooth height is 0.7 mm,tooth spac-ing is 0.3 mm,flow index is minimum.
