针对带钢拉弯矫直机组运行不够平稳及延伸率控制精度难以提高的问题,本文分析了太原科技大学450 mm拉弯矫直实验平台控制系统的组成及控制原理,该设备张力辊单独调整,矫直段2弯1矫;通过建立各交流异步电机的速度闭环控制数学模型以及程序调试,最终实现了拉弯矫直机组的平稳运行,获得了良好的延伸率控制效果.%In order to solve the problems of the unstable operation and the difficulty of improving elongation control accuracy of tension leveler, this paper analyses the composition and the control principle of 450mm tension leveling control system, the tension roller of the device is individually adjusted, the straightening section has 2 straightening unit and 1 bending unit.By establishing closed-loop control mathematical model of the speed of each AC induction motor and debugging program, the smooth running of the device is realized and a good elongation control effect is got.
