社会伦理:教师专业伦理的重要维度

     

摘要

Social ethics is an important dimension of teachers’ professional ethics. It refers to the ethical standards and moral spirit that teachers should follow when they are outside the school, and the social image and the social responsibilities that should be borne. This paper emphasizes that teachers’ social ethics is not only the extension of the teachers’ professional ethics, but also the connotation of the teachers’ professional ethics. The social ethics of the teachers has three basic characteristics, namely, hiddenness, extensiveness, co-existent reflections on the relationship between social action and ethics consciousness. The concrete implementation strategy includes four levels: to strengthen the social responsibility consciousness of teachers, to establish a substantial home-school cooperation system, to cultivate teachers’ socialimage management strategy, to cultivate their conscience and to improve the social supervision mechanism.%社会伦理是教师专业伦理的重要维度,指的是教师在学校之外的其他社会场域与人交往时所应遵循的伦理规范及其道德精神、所应呈现的社会形象以及所应承担的社会责任。强调教师的社会伦理,不仅是对教师专业伦理的外延拓展,而且使教师专业伦理之内涵更具厚度。教师的社会伦理具有隐蔽性、广延性、社会行动与伦理自觉之间共在式的反思性等三个基本特征。教师的社会伦理主要表征在家校关系、社会形象、社会责任三个层面。具体实现策略包含四个层面:增强教师的社会责任意识,建立实质性的家校合作制度,培育教师的社会印象管理策略,修养教师良心与完善社会监督机制。
