波浪能、海上风能资源开发前景展望

摘要

在能源危机日益严峻的当今世界，人类将目光聚焦新能源，尤其是资源丰富的海洋能。本研究对波浪能、海上风能资源的评估方法及开发利用现状展开讨论，介绍了海浪发电装置的类别、国内外先进的海浪发电装置，同时展望了海浪发电、海上风力发电、风力海浪联合发电等措施的前景，为缓解能源危机，促进人类的可持续发展提供参考。%With the growing of environmental and energy crisis in the world , more attention are being paid on the new form energy , especially ocean energy .In this research , wave energy , offshore wind energy resources assessment method and the current developing and utilizing status were discussed . And, the categories of wave power devices , especially some advanced wave power devices home and abroad were introduced .The future of wave and wind power generation , as well as other measures to alleviate global energy crisis , were prospected .
