“文化自觉”与民族传统体育文化的优化

摘要

The cultural self-consciousness is a subjective ideology of people in culture and thinking quality and practice spirit of the traditional ethnic sports culture,which belongs to the social nature.The paper discusses the formation of the cultural self-consciousness theory and its expression in the ethnic traditional sports culture.%文化自觉是人在文化中的一种主体自觉性的意识形态,也是民族传统体育文化发展的思维品质和实践精神。它与人的生物属性相区分属于社会属性,是民族传统体育文化传承与发展的一种理念与手段。通过对文化自觉的理论形成及其在民族传统体育文化中的表现形式进行阐述,论证了文化自觉对民族传统体育文化的优化作用。
