微孔硅橡胶的超临界流体法制备及其机械性能

         

摘要

采用超临界二氧化碳法制备了微孔硅橡胶材料,探讨了预硫化时间、发泡压力对微孔硅橡胶结构形态的影响,得到实验范围内的最佳发泡工艺参数,同时对获得的硅橡胶泡沫进行了力学性能表征.结果表明:预硫化时间12min、发泡压力为14 MPa时可制得泡孔密度为3.58×109个/cm3、平均孔径为5.6 pm的闭孔硅橡胶泡沫材料,其压缩永久变形为3.3%,拉伸强度达到3.18 MPa.%Due to the high elasticity and ultra-low glass transition temperature of silicone rubber,making the preparation of silicone rubber foam by physical solvent foaming method becomes one of the difficulties in this field.The microcellular silicone rubber was prepared with supercritical carbon dioxide in this work,and the effects of prevulcanization time and saturation pressure on structure morphology of microcellular silicone rubber were investigated.Subsequently,the optimum technological parameters were obtained within the experimental range,and the mechanical properties of silicone rubber foam were tested.Based on this study,closed-cell microcellular silicone rubber with a cell density of 3.58 × 109 cells/cm3 and an average cell size of 5.6 μm was successfully obtained under the prevulcanization time of 12 minutes and pressure of 14 MPa,the compression set of microcellular silicone rubber foam is 3.3%,and its tensile strength reaches 3.18 MPa.
