二维码急救手环在社区老年慢性病患者的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 观察二维码急救手环对社区老年慢性病患者的应用效果.方法 对无锡市新区太湖花园社区老年慢性患者配戴急救手环,进行为期一年的观察和评价.结果 佩戴手环后,85例老年慢性病患者无一例因并发症死亡,幸福度指数量表评分亦有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 二维码急救手环在院前能有效帮助降低慢性病并发症的致死率,并提高患者的幸福指数.%Objectives To explore the influence of the emergency code bracelet in the community elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods 85 elderly patients of TAIHU Garden community with chronic diseases were worn the emergency code bracelets for a one-year period.And the intervention effect was evaluated before and after the wearing the emergency code bracelets.Results 85 elderly patients with chronic diseases were successfully rescued;moreover,the happiness index was raised significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency code bracelet can improve the success rate of rescuing and promoting the happiness index of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
