The test tube plantlets of the southern highbush blueberry variety V5 were used as the experiment materials, their shoot tips were treated in vitro with EMS (ethyl methyl sulfonate) at 0.1%, 0.2% , 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.5% EMS and the average multiplication rate was calculated.After the plantlets rooted and grew to 15 cm in height, the individuals with morphological variations were identified and their variation rates were recorded.Then the M0 plants were subjected to drought stress, and drought resistant mutants were identified based on the physiological indicators of SOD activity and MDA, soluble sugar, chlorophyll and proline contents.As a result, four types of variation were detected, i.e.large-leaved mutants, mosaic-leaved mutants, mutants with great bifurcation capacity and wrinkle-leaved mutants.Based on the above-stated physiological indicators, drought resistant mutants might exist in the 0.4% and 0.5% EMS treatments.%以南高丛越橘品种V5试管苗为试验材料,用甲基磺酸乙酯对其茎尖分别以0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%的浓度进行诱变处理,统计试管苗的平均增殖率,待其出瓶生根,长至15 cm高时筛选形态变异植株,统计变异率,并对M0代植株进行干旱胁迫,测定其抗性指标,从生理方面对抗旱突变体进行筛选.结果表明:从形态上,存在4种变异类型:叶片明显变大、花叶类型、分枝能力明显增强、叶片皱缩;综合各个生理指标,0.4%和0.5%的甲基磺酸乙酯处理苗可能存在抗旱性较强的突变体.
