基于ArcGIS的乡级土地利用规划数据库建设研究

摘要

为实现土地资源管理信息化,在ArcGIS软件平台支持下,利用县级土地利用现状数据库建设乡级土地利用规划数据库,通过分析数据库建设流程和目标,重点阐述图形要素入库、面积量算、专题要素的提炼和非空间数据的处理等过程.结合应用实例,对图形要素入库、面积量算两个关键环节进行说明.结果表明,该方法建设乡级土地利用规划数据库切实可行.%To achieve the informatization of land resources management, a database for town-level land use has been established by utilizing the current database for county-level land use. Based on ArcGIS, this paper deals with the study of the process of database construction and the system objective,in which methods of loading the spatial planning ,area measurement, extracting thematic elements, and processing non-space datum have been emphasized especially. The results show that it is feasible to design such a database based on ArcGIS software platform.
