本文建立了农药制剂中苯及甲苯、二甲苯等5种苯系物的气相色谱法定量分析的方法.制剂采用丙酮为溶剂,使用HP-5石英毛细管柱,进样口和检测器温度为270℃,柱温采用程序升温,初始温度为40℃进行分离和定量分析.并对10个样品中的苯及甲苯等5种苯系物含量进行测定.结果表明,该分析方法线性相关系数范围在0.999 2~0.999 5,相对标准偏差小于2.5%,平均回收率范围在95.4%~98.2%.%There has been established in the thesis a method of GC quantitative analysis of benzene and five kinds of benzene series in pesticide solvent. With HP-5 capillary column,the pesticide formulation is dissolved with acetone. Injector and detector temperature is 270 ℃. The oven temperature is programmed,initial temperature is operated at 40 ℃. Ten samples have been determined in this methods. The results shows the linear correlation coefficient is 0. 999 2 to 0. 999 5,the relative standard deviation is less than 2. 5% ,the average recovery is 95. 4% to 98. 2%.
