高职院校95后新生心理健康状况调查及对策分析--以广州铁路职业技术学院为例

摘要

In order to get better understanding of the psychological health status of the freshmen in the colleges , the paper investigates 2738 freshmen of Grade 2014 in Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology by adopting Eysenck Personality Questionnaire , University Personality Inventory and Self -reporting Inventory.The results show that the psychological health status of the freshmen born after 1995 is good.Most of the freshmen have outgoing personality and steady emotion , but there are some serious or general psychological problems of the students.Their psychological problems manifest in psychosis , forcing symptoms , anxiety , terror and paranoia etc.The paper analyzes the causes of psychological health problems of the freshmen , and puts forward some strategies to solve the problems from three aspects of college , family and the freshmen.%为了更好地了解大学新生的心理健康状况，采用艾森克个性问卷（ EPQ）、大学生心理健康调查问卷（ UPI）和症状自评量表SCL90对广州铁路职业技术学院2014级2738名新生进行了调查，结果表明：95后新生心理健康状况一般；大多数新生虽然性格开朗，情绪稳定，但仍有部分学生存在较为严重的心理问题；新生的心理问题主要表现在精神病、强迫症状、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等方面。文章对新生心理健康问题的原因进行了分析，并从学校、家庭和新生本人三个层面提出了对策。
