外周血缺氧诱导因子-1αm RNA表达与结直肠癌侵袭转移的关系

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between hypoxia-inducible factor-lα (HIF-lo) mRNA levels in the peripheral blood and the metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods HIF-la mRNA in the peripheral blood was detected by RT-PCR in 40 patients with colorectal cancer and 20 healthy subjects. Results Seventeen patients with colorectal cancer showed positivity for HIF-lo mRNA, showing a significantly higher positivity rate (42.5%) than the healthy subjects (P<0.05). The expression of HIF-la mRNA is closely related to the staging of colorectal cancer (CRC). Conclusion HIF-la mRNA may serve as a potential marker in the detection of metastasis of colorectal cancer.%目的 探讨外周血缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)mRNA表达与结直肠癌侵袭转移的关系.方法 采用荧光RT-PCR技术检测我院2010年1月～2010年10月间40例结直肠癌患者及20例健康对照者外周血中HIF-1αmRNA表达情况.结果 40例结直肠癌患者中检测出HIF-IαmRNA表达的17例,检出率为42.5%(17/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);且HIF-1αmRNA表达与肿瘤分期密切相关(P＜0.05).结论 外周血HIF-1omRNA可作为检测结肠癌患者肿瘤细胞转移的分子标志之一.
