赤霉素和乙烯利对桑树杂交组合种子发芽率的影响

             

摘要

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentration of gibberellic acid and ethephon on germination rate of mulberry seeds. [ Method ]The seeds of three mulberry diploid hybrid combinations, viz., Guisangyou 12, Guisangyou 62, Sha 2×Lun 109 and one triploid hybrid combination Sangteyou 1 were treated with different concentrations of gibberellic acid and ethephon (50, 100, 200 and 500 mg/kg) for 12 and 24 h to determine the germination rate. [Result] With the increase of gibberellic acid and ethephon concentration, the germination rate of seeds from four mulberry hybrid combinations increased initially, followed by a decrease. Three concentrations of gibberellic acid and ethephon (50, 100 and 200 mg/kg) increased the germination rate of three diploid mulberry varieties, while their 500 mg/kg concentration inhibited the germination of seeds. On comparing the duration of treatment, triploid hybrid seeds treated for 24 h with 50, 100, 200 and 500 mg/kg showed better germination compared to that of 12 h. [Conclusion]In conclusion, the mulberry seeds soaked in 200 mg/kg gibberellic acid or ethephon for 24 h resulted in best germination rates of hybrid mulberry seeds.%[目的]研究不同浓度赤霉素和乙烯利处理对不同品种桑种子发芽率的影响.[方法]以广西生产用桑树二倍体杂交组合桂桑优12、桂桑优62、沙2×伦109及三倍体杂交组合桑特优1号的种子为材料,采用50、100、200、500 mg/kg赤霉素或乙烯利浸泡桑种12或24 h后培养,测定种子发芽率.[结果]随着赤霉素和乙烯利浓度的提高,不同杂交组合桑种发芽率呈现先提高后降低的趋势.50、100、200 mg/kg赤霉素和乙烯利均可不同程度提高3个二倍体桑树品种的发芽率,而500 mg/kg赤霉素或乙烯利浓度抑制桑种子发芽,说明过高浓度的赤霉素和乙烯利对桑种生理生化反应有一定的抑制作用.50、100、200、500 mg/kg的赤霉素和乙烯利处理三倍体杂交组合桑特优1号种子24h的效果明显优于12 h,但差异不显著.[结论]综合考虑,在生产上可采用200 mg/kg赤霉素或乙烯利浸泡桑种24h,可获得较高的发芽率.
