This paper summarized the advances in researches on the elucidation of molecular mechanism of plant resistance to nematodes. The researches on identification and isolation of genes related to the infection and pathopoiesis of nematodes, interaction of nematodes and plant and plant resistance to nematodes were discussed. It has been showed that molecular plant nematology could play an important role in food security and environmental protection aspects in coming decade. The commercialization of crop varieties with resistance to nematodes will enhance the interests for formers in commercially important agricultural crops. The basic research in molecular plant nematology is expanding the inventory of knowledge which can be applied in providing crop resistance to parasitic nematodes in an economically and environmentally beneficial manner.%从线虫侵染及致病相关目标基因、线虫与植物的互作、植物抗性反应等方面综述了周内外有关分子水平上植物抗线虫机制的研究进展.指出未来10年内分子植物线虫学将在粮食安全和环境保护方面发挥巨大作用;源于生物技术的抗线虫作物品种商业化将使种植业者获得巨大利益,同时也将为环境带来很大益处.
