不同连作年限桑园土壤肥力变化及其与桑叶产量的关系

     

摘要

[Objective]Effects of different continuous cropping years on soil fertility and relation between continuous cropping duration and mulberry leaf yield were studied,in order to provide references for soil nutrition improvement and sustainable development of mulberry fields. [Method]The field of nearly 15 years without mulberry planting was chosen as control,and soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and pH in rhizosphere soil under different mulberry growing years(5,10 and 15 years) were deter-mined and the relation between mulberry growing years and mulberry leaf yield was also analyzed. [Result]Soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,available potassium,pH,available potassium/available nitrogen and available potas-sium/available phosphorus significantly increased(P<0.05, the same below) under both five years continuous cropping and 15 years continuous cropping treatments compared with CK. But soil total phosphorus,total potassium and available phosphorus,available potassium, available phosphorus/available nitrogen,available potassium/available nitrogen and avail-able potassium/available phosphorus significantly decreased under ten years continuous cropping treatment. Overall soil fer-tility level was the highest under 15 years continuous cropping treatment,followed by five years continuous cropping, and that under ten years continuous cropping treatment was lowest. Annual yield of mulberry leaf was the largest under ten years continuous cropping, reaching 40050 kg/ha, followed by that of five years continuous cropping and 15 years continuous cropping. Correlation analysis showed that soil organic matter had a significant positive correlation(P<0.01, the same be-low) with other nutrients. There were also significant positive correlations between pH and soil organic matter, total nitro-gen, available nitrogen as well as available potassium.There was significantly negative correlation between soil nutrient con-tent and mulberry leaf yield. [Conclusion]Soil nutrients in mulberry fields of continuous cropping are closely related to mul-berry leaf yield. Supplement of organic matter can increase organic matter in the soil, and balance soil nutrients and pH.%[目的]调查分析不同连作年限条件下桑园土壤肥力变化及其与桑叶产量的关系,为桑园土壤养分管理和健康可持续发展提供参考依据.[方法]以近15年未植桑的田块为对照(CK),测定连作5、10和15年桑园根际土壤的有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾和pH等土壤参数,并分析其与桑叶年产量的关系.[结果]与CK相比,连作5和15年的桑园土壤有机质、全氮、速效氮、速效钾、pH和速效钾/速效氮、速效钾/速效磷显著提高(P<0.05,下同);连作10年,桑园土壤全磷、全钾、速效磷、速效钾含量和速效磷/速效氮、速效钾/速效氮、速效钾/速效磷显著降低.桑园土壤养分整体以连作15年最高,连作5年次之,连作10年最低;桑叶年产量以连作10年最高,达40050 kg/ha,连作5年次之,连作15年最低.相关性分析结果表明,有机质含量与其他养分含量均呈显著或极显著(P<0.01,下同)正相关,pH与有机质、全氮、速效氮和速效钾呈极显著正相关;桑叶年产量与土壤养分含量呈显著或极显著负相关.[结论]长期植桑的桑园土壤养分含量与桑叶年产量密切相关.增施有机肥可提高桑园土壤有机质,也有助于均衡提高土壤养分及改善土壤pH.
