The remarkable characteristic of Agile Manufacturing is variety and fast respondence of virtual enterprises. The quality of cooperation among partners and suppliers is the basis for actualizing Agile Manufacturing. Therefore it is crucial to select the partner and the supplier. This paper researches on partner and supplier selection and supplier certificate in Agile Manufacturing environment.%敏捷制造中最显著的特点是动态联盟(虚拟企业)的变化性和快速响应，合作伙伴及供应商的合作质量是实现敏捷竞争的基础，因此合作伙伴及供应商的选择成为关键。本文研究了在敏捷制造模式下合作伙伴的选择依据，以及供应商的资格认可过程。
