Chitinase3-like1基因-329G/A多态性与冠心病相关性的研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨Chitinase 3-like 1基因-329 G/A多态性(rs10399931)与中国汉族人群冠心病的相关性.方法:收集189例冠心病患者的临床资料,应用连接酶检测反应(LDR)分析rs10399931各基因型,并与230例非冠心病者(对照组)进行比较.冠心病组按照发病年龄分为早发冠心病组(男性<55岁,女性<65岁)与非早发冠心病组,按照冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的支数分为1、2、3支血管病变亚组进行分析.结果:冠心病组与对照组rs10399931均存在CC、CT和TT 3种基因型;冠心病组与对照组CC、CT和TT基因型频率分别为39.7%、46.0%、16.3%及43.0%、43.9%、13.0%,C、T等位基因频率分别为62.7%、37.3%和65.0%、35.0%,两组间各基因型及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).早发冠心病组、非早发冠心病组及对照组间rs10399931各基因型及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).1、2、3支冠状动脉病变亚组间rs10399931各基因型分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:Chitinase 3-like 1基因-329 G/A多态性与汉族冠心病发病无相关性.%Objective: To investigate the correlation between Chitinase 3-like 1 gene-329 G/A polymorphism and coronary artery disease in Chinese Han population. Methods: One hundred and eight-nine patients with documented coronary artery disease (at least one coronary stenosis ≥50%) and 230 non-coronary artery disease normal controls were enrolled. Iigase detection reaction was used to determine the genotypes and alleles of rsl0399931. Patients with coronary artery disease were divided into premature coronary artery disease (male < 55 years old and female < 65 years old) and non-premature coronary artery disease. According to the number of diseased vessels,the patients with coronary artery dis-rnease were also divided in one-,two-and three-vessel diseased subgroups. Results: There were three genotypes,CC,CT, and TT,at rsl0399931 in patients with coronary artery disease and controls. Genotype frequencies of CC,CT,and TT were 39.7% ,46.0% ,16.3% respectively in patients with coronary artery disease and 43.0% ,43.9% ,13.0% respectively in controls. C,T alleles frequencies were 62.7% ,37.3% in patients with coronary artery disease respectively and 65.0% , 35.0% in controls respectively. No significant differences were found in genotypes or allelic frequencies between patients with coronary disease and controls (all P > 0.05). Patients with premature coronary artery disease had similar frequencies of the genotypes CC,CT,and TT,allelic frequencies of C and T compared to patients in non-premature coronary artery disease group or controls (all P > 0.05). Further analysis did not reveal an association between three genotypes of rsl0399931 and the number of diseased coronary arteries (P >0. 05). Conclusion: Our results do not demonstrate an association between Chitinase 3-like 1 gene-329 G/A polymorphism and risk of coronary artery disease in a Chinese Han population.
