高校多校区财务管理实践与思考

摘要

Because of the expanding of universities , multi-campuses become normal.This paper, summarizes and researches the achievements of multi -campus financial management in South China University of Technology in the last 10 years in these respects: organization, financial system, accounting, budget, loan and so on.Finally, it points out that strengthening communication between different campuses , optimizing procedures, and sharing re-source in university town can optimize multi -campus financial management .%　　随着高校规模的扩大，高校多个校区成为普遍现象。本文深入研究了华南理工大学近10年来在多校区财务管理上的实践探索经验和成果，包括组织机构设置、财务系统管理、核算管理、预算管理、贷款管理，并对加强沟通、优化程序、共享资源等方面的工作思路进行了思考，以期为高校财务管理者提供参考。
