纸浆漂白过程流中非过程锰元素的表征及富集

     

摘要

The non-process manganese element in the bleaching process of pulp was analyzed and characterized by means of IR, XRD, SEM-EDS, and the accumulation of the element in cellulose fibers was discussed. The results show that the "fresh" manganese is tabular crystal consisting of Mn3 O4, Mn (OH)2 and 7Mn (OH)2 · 2MnSO4 ·H2O, while the "aged" manganese is crystalline grain consisting of Mn3O4 and MnSO4 · H2O, that there is a good linear relationship between the manganese adsorbed on cellulose fibers and that accumulated in the process stream in a range of0 ~ 18. 18 μmol/g, that approximately 40% of the "aged" manganese in the process stream is adsorbed on cellulose fibers and is larger than the value of the "fresh" manganese (25%), and that the saturated adsorption capacity of the "aged" manganese in the process stream reaches 7. 66 μmol/g. Moreover, by comparing the Freundlish isothermal adsorption equation, the linear isothermal adsorption equation and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation, it is found that the former is of the highest accuracy in simulating the isothermal adsorption of the non-process manganese element on cellulose fibers.%采用红外光谱、X射线衍射光谱、扫描电镜/能谱对纸浆漂白过程流中的非过程锰元素进行分析和表征,并探讨了其在纤维素纤维中的富集规律.研究发现:新制锰是由Mn3O4、Mn(OH)2和7Mn(OH)2·2MnSO4·H2O组成的片状晶体,陈化锰是由Mn3O4、MnSO4·H2O组成的颗粒状晶体;锰元素的添加量在0~18.18μmol/g范围内时,纤维素纤维吸附的锰元素与过程流的锰元素呈良好的线性关系;陈化锰的纤维吸附率为40%,高于新制锰(25%),其纤维饱和吸附量为7.66μmol/g.采用线性等温吸附式、Freundlish等温吸附式和Langmuir等温吸附式模拟非过程锰元素的纤维素纤维等温吸附行为,发现Freundlish方程拟合效果较好.
