外资银行的下乡“赶集”，特别是首家农村村镇银行———湖北随州曾都汇丰村镇银行的“领头羊”示范效应，使不被看好的农村金融市场再度被关注，外资银行纷纷入驻我国农村市场。它们在带来雄厚资金、先进管理技术的同时，对我国农村金融市场造成冲击。我国金融机构在调整产业结构的同时，要采取应对措施，政府部门也要加强金融监管。%The foreign Banks make the underachieving again focus on rural financial market, coupled with the China banking regulatory commission to relax into the rural financial market access threshold policy to en-courage.The rural market will undoubtedly become a“beacon”, like standard chartered, citigroup, in the ru-ral market in our country.
