高频超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值分析

摘要

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma . Methods The ultrasonic characteristics of 39 breast intraductal papillomas in 36 cases were analyzed retrospectively ,and compared with diagnosis of pathology . Results The accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis for breast intraductal papilloma Ⅰ type is 92 .8% ,Ⅱ type 90 .9% ,Ⅲtype 50% ,Ⅳ type 80% ,Ⅴ type 60% . Conclu‐sion High frequency ultrasound can be used as a preferred method for the examination of ntraductal papilloma .%目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析36例39个病变经手术和病理证实为导管内乳头状瘤的超声图像表现及特征，并与病理结果比较。结果高频超声对Ⅰ型导管内乳头状瘤的诊断准确率为92．8％，Ⅱ型为90．9％，Ⅲ型为50％，Ⅳ型为80％，Ⅴ型为60％。结论高频多普勒超声可作为导管内乳头状瘤首选的检查方法之一。
