李安喜国企管理理念和论述浅析

李安喜在长期的国企管理实践中，总结形成了一套独具特色的管理理念和论述；对管理的实质有深刻的认识，倡导实干、效益、以身示范带队伍的管理理念，总结了循序渐进、抓主要矛盾、三台阶考核、培育文化价值观等管理方法。%During his long years working in state-owned enterprises (SOE), Li Anxi developed a unique management philosophy and a distinctive way for the exposition of the philosophy. Li has a deep understanding of the essence of management, advocates hard work, efifciency and exemplary role in management, and comes up with several management methods, such as advancing gradually in due order, focusing on the principal contradiction, three-step evaluation, and fostering cultural values.
