新时期基层团干部应重点提升的能力与素质

摘要

There are different works in each period and that requires the better ability and quality. According to the need of work, this paper put forward that cadre of the league should be sure＂ One Center ＂, and set up ＂Three Thought＂ and promote＂ Six Abilities＂%每个时期共青团工作侧重点有所不同，这就要求基层团干部能力与素质要求随时代的变化而变化。根据新时期共青团工作需要，本文提出：共青团干部必须紧紧围绕“一个中心”，牢固树立“三种意识”，大力提升“六大能力”。
