论董事对第三人民事责任之立法--以食品安全事故为视角

As the result of the legislation of the corporate social responsibility, the executive must bear legal liability for the third party. As the incidents of the food security taking place frequently at pres-ent, it’s necessary and feasible that the executive must bear civil compensation liability for the consumer. At the same time reasonable legislation is needed.%在公司社会责任的立法背景下，董事也应承担对第三人的责任。在食品安全事故频发的当下中国社会，董事对消费者承担民事赔偿责任不仅是必要的，也是可行的，同时必须进行合理立法。
