信息化条件下反舰作战效能评估指标体系研究

摘要

以指标体系构建原则为基准,依据军事概念模型的建立过程,对信息化条件下反舰作战整个流程进行了具体细致的研究,结合作战时序和体系作战能力的划分,将整个作战过程抽象化;并从卫星侦察效能、通信传输效能、指挥控制效能、部队行动效能和火力打击效能五个方面构建指标体系,使整个指标体系阶段化、清晰化;同时,结合指标的质量要求,通过对指标值进行量化和处理,完成对指标体系的完善,检验论证指标体系的合理性、有效性及完整性,为下一步的体系作战效能评估提供理论基础.%Based on principles of index system building, according to the building up of the military conceptual model, we studied the whole process which the anti-ship combat under the informationization condition specifically and in detail, combined with the division of operational sequence and the system capability, which makes the whole process abstract.And we built the index system from five aspects of satellite reconnaissance, communication transmission efficiency of command and control efficiency of unit operations efficiency and fire efficiency, and the whole index system became staging and clarifications.At the same time, combining with the quality requirements of the index, we quantified and processed the indexes, and the index system has to be perfect, and based on a test, it demonstrates the rationality, effectiveness and completeness.Through these work, this paper will provides theoretical basis for the next step of overall combat.
