蛋鸡早期生长性状、40周龄体尺性状和72周龄屠宰性状的典型相关分析

         

摘要

【目的】旨在揭示蛋鸡早期生长性状、40周龄体尺性状和72周龄屠宰性状3组性状间的相互关系。【方法】选取利用东乡青壳蛋鸡和白来航鸡构建的F2代资源群体母鸡1186只,采用简单相关分析法和典型相关分析法对3组性状间25个变量进行分析。【结果】简单相关分析的结果表明:25个变量间共有284对存在极显著简单相关(P﹤0.01),多数相关系数小于0.5。典型相关分析的结果表明:早期生长性状与40周龄体尺性状、早期生长性状与72周龄屠宰性状和40周龄体尺性状与72周龄屠宰性状3组性状间第一典型相关系数分别为0.726、0.826和0.741,均达到极显著水平(P﹤0.01),分别占两组性状间总相关信息量的96.3%、96.4%和86.5%。在3组性状间起主要作用的性状有18周龄体重、开产体重、胫围、体斜长、屠体重和爪重。【结论】典型相关分析比简单相关分析能更准确、全面地反映蛋鸡早期生长性状、40周龄体尺性状和72周龄屠宰性状3组性状间的相关关系,为蛋鸡的选育提供依据。%[Objective]This experiment was conducted to investigate the correlations between early growth traits,body measurement traits at 40th week and slaughtering traits at 72nd week of laying hens.[Methods]We selected 1 186 laying hens of the F2 resource population that was developed by reciprocal crosses between Dongxiang chickens(DX)and White Leghorn(WL). The correlations between the 3 groups were analyzed by simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis.[Results]The simple correla-tion analysis showed that a total of 284 pairs of traits were highly significant simple correlation between 25 variates(P﹤0.01),and most correlation coefficients were below 0.5. The canonical correlation analy-sis showed that the first canonical correlation coefficients between early growth traits and body mea-surement traits at 40th week,early growth traits and slaughtering traits at 72nd week,body measure-ment traits at 40th week and slaughtering traits at 72nd week were 0.726,0.826 and 0.741(P﹤0.01), accounting for 96.3%,96.4%and 86.5%of the total correlation,respectively. The main traits of the canon-ical correlation coefficients in 3 groups were the weight of 18 weeks,the body weight at first egg,shin-bone girth,body steep length,carcass weight and the weight of feet.[Conclusion]The results indicated that canonical correlation analysis could reflect the correlation between traits of 3 groups than simple correlation analysis more accurately,and benefit for the breeding and selecting of laying hens.
