准公共产品视角下公共科技创新平台建设的问题与对策--以广东佛山为例

摘要

从传统准公共产品提供的视角，阐述了公共科技创新平台所具有的准公共产品典型特征。以佛山公共科技创新平台为例，剖析当前平台建设中存在的问题。就当前公共科技创新平台的投入机制、运作模式、考核机制提出了实现其公益性目标的建议。%This paper elaborates on the typical characteristics of public technological innovation platform from the per-spective of quasi-public goods, takes Foshan public technological innovation platform as an example, and analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the platform. Suggestions for the platform to achieve the goal of public welfare are put forward from its input mechanism, mode of operation and evaluation mechanism.
