社工绩效评估策略:从内涵解读到层面关系把握

         

摘要

通过考察珠三角社会工作服务机构的绩效评估现状,反思现有绩效评估存在的不足。认为社会工作服务机构绩效评估应多角度解读其内涵,同时还应处理好三个层面关系。最后强调,社会工作服务机构绩效评估必须以促进机构发展、提升服务效果和提高社工个人职业水平为出发点,才能促进社会工作行业健康发展。%The author reflects the existing problems after investigating the performance assessments of the social work service organizations in Pearl River Delta, and holds that the performance assessments of social work service organiza-tions should interpret the connotations in multi-angles and deal with three layers of relationships in a proper way. In or-der to promote the development of social work in a healthy manner, it is suggested that social work services performance assessments should consider three aspects as the starting points: the promotion of organization development, the im-provement of service qualities and the raising of social workers' professional level.
