Like Qin Qi Shu Hua（music,chess,calligraphy and painting）,tea is also considered as people＇s spiritual food,an accomplishment,a force of personality and an ideal state.In the Song Dynasty,people liked to enjoy drinking tea while writing poems and speaking of them.It retains rich tea customs,which convey an expression the Song people had.In Southern Song Dynasty,XIN Qi-ji,the great poet,wrote quite a few good poems while drinking tea,which were highly commented by later generations.%茶与琴棋书画一样,是人们的精神食粮,是一种修养,一种人格力量,一种境界。宋代词作大兴,饮茶词也孕育而生。它在保留了大量饮茶风俗的同时为我们传达了宋人饮茶的意味和境界。南宋时,伟大的词人辛弃疾就以茶为伴,并写下了性之所至的佳篇,为后人品评。
