螺旋桨水动力性能CFD预报中预处理的程式化实现

     

摘要

Taking the DTMB4383 propeller as an example, a detailed description of the procedural realization of the single passage numerical domain containing the blade and its hexahedral structured meshes is given in the way of CFD calculation of propeller hydrodynamics, based on the blade tip's real geometry. Then the procedures are successfully applied to DTMB4119, NSRDC4381 and 4383 propellers' non-cavi-tation and cavitation hydrodynamics prediction as verification.Within this process, the effects of mesh kind, topologies, density and nodes distribution on CFD precision are analyzed, so as to get a good journal file as a basis for the mesh generation commands. By replaying the corresponding commands, the pre-processing in CFD calculation of propeller hydrodynamics can be fast and procedural to enlarge its engineering application.%以DTMB4383大侧斜桨为例,立足于桨叶真实叶尖几何,详细阐述了螺旋桨水动力性能CFD计算过程中的桨叶几何和单通道域几何建模及其六面体结构化网格划分的程式化实现过程.程式化生成网格的适用性由DTMB4119桨、NSRDC4381和4383桨的无空化和空化水动力性能预报给予了验证.生成网格时考虑了网格类型、拓扑结构、网格密度和节点空间分布规律对计算精度的影响,可生成性能优越的命令流样本,保证CFD预报的精度.通过对命令行的编译操作,可以实现螺旋桨六面体网格高质量划分的快速操作,缩短CFD计算的预处理时间,扩大其工程应用.
