舰载设备可靠性振动试验剖面设计方法研究

     

摘要

给出了一种基于实测数据的舰载设备可靠性振动试验剖面设计方法.应用数理统计理论,对舰载设备振动环境实测数据进行参数假设检验,得到具有不同区域和不同状态的特征样本.采用修正后的容差上限法归纳特征样本的随机振动规范谱,确定试验量值,再根据任务剖面确定试验时间,得到舰载设备可靠性振动试验剖面.结果表明,该方法理论完善,为舰载设备振动环境的可靠性评定奠定了基础.%A method based on the measured data to design reliability vibration test profile of ship-borne equipment was proposed.The parameter hypothesis test of mathematical statistics theory was applied to analyze vibration environment measured data of ship-borne equipment and obtain characteristic samples of different statuses in different regions. The upper tolerance limits method was applied, which was corrected to induce random vibration normalized spectrums of characteristic samples.Test time was determined according to the ship-borne equipment' s mission profile.The results show that this method has a perfect theory and lays a foundation for reliability assessment of vibration environment for ship-borne equipment.
