The present invention relates to an apparatus for simulating flexibility of a wing of a flight vehicle and a method of testing flexibility of a wing using the same, wherein the apparatus for simulating flexibility of a wing of a flight vehicle includes: a wing flexibility simulating plate member operated in the same first resonance mode as a first resonance mode of the wing; a plate support member supporting one side end portion of the wing flexibility simulating plate member so that the other side end portion of the wing flexibility simulating plate member floats; and an inertia measuring device mounted on the wing flexibility simulating plate member, thereby being mounted on a vehicle to perform a wing flexibility test on the ground. Therefore, the number of working people, costs and time for the wing flexibility test can be reduced, and time for designing and developing the flight vehicle can be shortened.
